Executive Strategy Retreat
2017 is approaching with many wonderful opportunities for women to tap into because it is our time to shine even more. With a winning strategy, an energetic network and push in the right direction, we women can unleash more greatness in us and be a blessing to all generations to come. This is why The Fabulous Woman Network is so excited to invite a seasoned Business Coach to meander us through unearthing the enormous possibilities that lie within us for 2017 and beyond.
About the Facilitator
Yawa Hansen-Quao is a sought-after international Business Coach, Founder of Leading Ladies’ Network and a Co-Founder of Impact Hub Accra. Through these two organizations, Yawa works to promote the expansion of women-led and women-owned businesses with high growth potential through education, networking, mentoring, and exposure to investment resources. She is convinced that African women and girls are compassionate change makers who, if properly supported, could help accelerate Africa’s growth story.
Yawa is a Global Mentor at the IAC Women’s Entrepreneurship Institute at the Georgia Tech University and a member of the African Leadership Network. In addition to being a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, Yawa serves on the Global Shapers Foundation Board as well as the Board of Directors for Ashesi University College. Yawa also serves as a leadership consultant to UN Women helping to develop leadership curricula to enhance the capacity of women leaders in East and Southern Africa.

Through the Executive Strategy Retreat, we will be helped to:
Drill down and get more specific about what we want to accomplish. It is not enough to think ‘I want to make more money’. We need to be more specific than that.
Identify key tasks and set achievable timelines for our goals. This program gives us a clear target to shoot for as well as a yardstick to measure how close we have come to achieving our goal.
Create a roadmap with concrete actions we can change to create the change we most want to see in our lives.
Work effectively with an accountability partner. Our success will be propelled or hindered by those closet to us. That is why a big part of our Executive Strategy Retreat focuses on getting people in our corner that will cheer us on, pray for and tell us when we need to make adjustments.
